Courses Offered:

If you choose to take all the four (4) classes (Standard Precaution, Meds Admin, First Aid/Choking, Fire Safety) you will be expected to pay $500. Please click this link to make the payment.

TRAINING FEES
If you wish to take a single class. All classes are priced individually. Fees include classroom supplies and CBRF registration fees in order to be added to the state CBRF registry (if applicable.)

  • Standard Precautions: $100 (2 hours Class)
  • Medication Administration: $180 (10 hours Class)
  • First Aid/Choking: $120 (4 hours Class)
  • Fire Safety: $100 (4 hours Class)
  • CPR training: $100 (3 hours Class)
  • Dietary/Diabetes: $100 (1 hour Class)
  • Consultation Service to starting an Adult Family Home : $300
  • Client Group Specific: $100 (1 hour Class)
  • Challenging Behaviors: $100 (1 hour Class)
  • Resident Rights : $100 (1 hour Class)
  • Assessment and Individual Service Plan (ISP : $100 (1 hour Class)
  • Prevention and Reporting Abuse & Neglect: $100 (1 hour Class)
  • Infection Control Review: $100 (1 hour Class)
  • Bloodborne Pathogens Review: $100 (1 hour Class)
  • Emergency Preparedness: $100 (1 hour Class)
  • HIPAA Training: $100 (1 hour Class)
  • Care of the Cognitive Impaired: $100 (1 hour Class)
  • Workplace Violence Prevention: $100 (1 hour Class)

If you choose to take all the four (4) classes (Standard Precaution, Meds Admin, First Aid/Choking, Fire Safety) you will be expected to pay $500.

Full payment is required to reserve place in class, minimum 2-week cancellation noticed required to receive refund.

Class dates and tuition are subject to change without notice, cancellations options are available.
Fees include classroom supplies, completion certificate and CBRF Registration fees (if applicable). Classes are priced individually. “We accept debit & credit cards only”

All successful participants will be added to the CBRF registry.

3 Day, Weekend only – Instructional Program

Class Eligibility:
Objectives of the CBRF Certification Instructional Program

  1. Understand the rights of residents according to regulations.
  2. Knowledge of the client group you are working with.
  3. Understanding the aging process.
  4. Understand admission/discharge criteria.
  5. Use the Individual Service Plan (ISP) in providing quality resident care.
  6. Knowledge of infection control and exposure control.
  7. Understand procedures for fire hazards and fire emergencies.
  8. Knowledge of basic first aid procedures to alleviate choking.
  9. Understand dietary needs including menu planning, food preparation and sanitation.
  10. Understand medical terms and related abbreviations.
  11. Knowledge of proper and safe medication management and administration.
